Carbon offset certificates finance verified carbon removal projects which reduce and remove carbon from the atmosphere, such as biomass conservation or forestry projects.
Each certificate is for one metric tonne of CO2 removed, which is enough to fill 500 fire extinguishers or 8 swimming pools, with the same weight as 400 bricks.
